'Losers', by Brian Friel Our entry in the One Act Play Festival 2023, which won the Stirling District round and will be performed in Bathgate at the Eastern Division finals on 11th March. Set in rural Ireland in the 1960s, it's a touching and humorous play about the courtship and marriage of middle-aged couple Andy and Hanna, whose intimate moments are constantly interrupted by Hanna's passive-aggressive, deeply Catholic mother. Will the relationship survive? Macbeth (with a twist!)
